Settlement Client:
The Settlement Client is the Online Service Client for the Settlement Services of OeKB CSD. The Settlement Client supports clients of OeKB CSD to submit and administrate their securities instructions. It also provides them additional functions such as the display of securities holdings and a cash preview, billing, reporting and administration.

Asset Servicing Client:
The Asset Servicing Client is the Online Service Client for the Asset Servicing of OeKB CSD. The Asset Servicing Client informs the clients of OeKB CSD about the payment of incomes and processing of corporate actions. It also offers them additional functions for the creation of Breakdown Instructions.

Account Information
Account Information is the Online Service Client for your cash account held with OeKB CSD. It supports clients of OeKB CSD to check on their account balances and transactions, all of which is done in real time.
You can request access to Account Information via Annex 13 if you have already requested access for our online services.

This is where you will find information about securities submitted by issuers to OeKB CSD as well as updated information on issues, such as public takeover offers or when a minimum acceptance threshold has been reached.

How to become a securities account and cash account holder?
OeKB CSD follows a market-standard KYC process that applies to every new client. This means, that in accordance with our GTC, section 3.1, we perform an assessment of every new client. In a first step, you provide us with your customer master data.
