OeKB CSD and Qatar's Edaa sign Memorandum of Unterstanding
As part of a high-level meeting in Vienna, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between OeKB CSD and Edaa, the central securities depository (CSD) of the State of Qatar. The agreement marks an important step torward closer cooperation, focusing on knowledge transfer and joint initiatives.
The visit of the Edaa delegation provided a valuable platform for in-depth professional exchange across the entire post-trade value chain, as well as on strategic questions related to market positioning and the needs of institutional investors in emerging markets. Both sides emphasized the importance of open, strategic dialogue as a foundation for sustainable partnerships and future innovation in the capital markets environment.
